We are currently looking to recruit a confident Retail Stock Control Assistant to join our thriving, busy Hatton Garden Store.
What you’ll be doing:
As a stock control assistant, you would be assisting the Stock Control Supervisor with effectively managing our stock, you will be checking stock levels, ordering new stock, ensuring computer systems have the most up to date stock information, ensuring that all deliveries are checked for accuracy and received in accordance with company guidelines. You will also be supporting with coordinating and completing the twice yearly stock take.
This is a varied role and to help keep the store running smoothly and you will also be helping out in other areas of the store whether that's providing advice and guidance to our customers, supporting with general product sales and precious metal scrap queries, or completing general administration tasks to ensure we are able to provide a high standard of customer service.
What you’ll need to bring to the show:
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- A jewellery making qualification or an interest in jewellery making is ideal, but not essential
- A competent level of I.T. knowledge
- Team spirit, you’ll need to be prepared to get involved in whatever it takes to get the job done

Hours of Work
Our working week totals 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 08:30-16:45 hours, with a 45 minute unpaid break.
