We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Administrator within our CNC department with strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
As our Production Administrator you will support the efficient operation of the Wedding Ring Production Department. The role is responsible for coordinating production administration, material planning, supplier liaison, inventory control, and production tracking to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Working closely with production teams, suppliers, and internal departments, the Production Administrator helps maintain workflow, manage urgent requirements, and support continuous production efficiency.
What you’ll need to bring to the show:
- Previous experience in a production administration, manufacturing administration, planning, or supply chain support role.
- Confident using computer systems, spreadsheets, and production planning software.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively, particularly where urgent orders or material shortages are involved.
- Proactive and solutions-focused.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
