We are currently looking to recruit a confident Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at our thriving Hatton Garden Store. You will be the face of the store, delivering a reliable and friendly service to our customers, offering advice and expertise on our range of products and ensuring our customers have everything they need. This is a varied role and as well as providing a counter service, you will also be getting involved in other areas of the business to ensure we are able to offer a consistently high standard of customer service, whether that's product sales, handling precious metal scrap queries, general administration, stock replenishment and getting involved with the twice yearly stock take.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a customer facing role, a desire to deliver excellent customer service and to go the extra mile to get the job done. An interest in jewellery making would be beneficial, but not essential.

Hours of Work
Our working week totals 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 08:30-16:45 hours, with a 45 minute unpaid break.
